The ZQ300 Plus Series supports receipt and label printing to ring up sales and complete markups, markdowns and shelf audits in your retail store. The ZQ300 Plus models require new, different firmware and drivers from the legacy ZQ300 models.

What is the difference between the indoor and outdoor models?
Both have IP54 sealing and the same print engine. The outdoor model has a dark grey, scuff-resistant housing for field work; the indoor model has a silver and black finish for retail floors.
What is the difference between the ZQ310 Plus and ZQ320 Plus?
The ZQ310 Plus prints 2 in (58 mm) receipts and labels; the ZQ320 Plus prints 3 in (80 mm). Both print up to 4 in/s.
Can I use my legacy ZQ300 firmware and drivers?
No. ZQ300 Plus models need new firmware and drivers that differ from the legacy ZQ300 models.
What media does it take?
